NAAC Inspection

Education plays a vital role in the development of any nation. Therefore, there is a premium on both quantity (increased access) and quality (relevance and excellence of academic programmes offered) of higher education. The NAAC has been set up to facilitate the volunteering institutions to assess their performance vis-a-vis set parameters through introspection and a process that provides space for participation of the institution.NAAC's instrument is developed to assess and grade institutions of higher education through a three-step-process and make the outcome as objective as possible. Though the methodology and the broad framework of the instrument is similar, there is a slight difference in the focus of the instrument depending on the unit of Accreditation.NAAC Peer Team Prof. Benny Mathews Abraham (Chairperson), Prof. Shivajirao Jadhav (Member Coordinator) , Prof. Usha Arora ( Member) visited SEA College of Engineering and Technology on 27& 28 of March 2023.The peer team visited all the departments and checked all the required documents along with their criteria. Moreover they conducted face to face sessions with staffs,students,parents,alumni,all the committee conveners.
